We work with horses of Veris exposure with shipping, with this being said all the information regarding your horse(s) previous exposure and experiance is greatly appreciated. This can help us be better prepared, for your horse(s) needs or this can help us give you a recommendation best suited for your horse.

E.g. a California box stall may be more suitable than a standing stall

If you know your horse requires extra time for loading or is "a hard loader" we greatly appreciate knowing prior to booking to ensure we book your shipping on a day with an appropriate time frame

Yes, we work with some of southern Ontario best hay suppliers to ensure your horse is only getting the very best quality of hay. All trips short or long, hay is always present!. Should your horse have specific dietary needs with forage, we ask that owners provide appropriate amount of hay for their horses trip.

Water buckets are provided for trips over 3.5 hours (unless specially requested ). during long hauls each horses water and hay consumption is closely monitored to ensure your horse is staying hydrated and content.

Our drivers check the horses every 2-3 hours to ensure each horse is comfortable and content . Each stop is used to not only update the owner(s) of their horses eta but also to top off water buckets and hay nets.

This question can always come down to a personal preference. For a short trip we welcome bandage and wrapping at the owners discretion, however for trips over 4 hours it is strongly discouraged. the risk weigh out the benefits in this situation. Wraps can slid down or horses will make attempts to remove them, which raises the risk of injury.

Shippings cancelled by the admin of the horse / owner on the day of the shipping whether it's before or during our arrival to your horses pick up destination is subject to pay a cancellation fee ( 60% of your shipping bill).

Each horse is given a 30 minute loading time/grace period, after 30 minutes if the horse requires extra time to load our team is happy to wait for additional 2.5 hours at a set rate of $50.00 per additional hour on top of your shipping rate

All payments are due prior to leaving pick up destination.
